Follow the three steps listed below to assure that your order can be processed without delay.
South Shore Music Circus form: Download→ HAVE A GIFT CERTIFICATE?
To order tickets using a gift certificate, you
will be required to submit a scanned copy of the certificate with your order.
How to use the downloadable form -- please read each step carefully
To complete the steps below you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 9 or above. You can download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader HERE for free.
Getting Started: Download the order form with the "download" button above. Fill in all of the required information. Save a copy of the completed form (right click on the form and select "save as", or click the save button). Name the file and save it to your desktop. You will need to email or fax this file back to us.
Paying with a Gift Certificate: (if not using a gift certificate, please proceed to step 3) Scan your gift certificate and save a copy of that scan to your desktop. The scanned copy of the gift certificate should be emailed back to us as an attachment, or faxed along with your order form. Please include additional payment information if the order exceeds the value of your gift certificate.
Submitting Your Order: Email the form back to us at CCMTclubtickets@melodytent.org. Remember to include the attachment (your completed order form) to the email. If using a gift certificate, a scanned copy must also be attached to the email. Or fax both to 781-383-9804.

What if I am not able to scan my gift certificate?
If you do not have the ability to scan your gift certificate, you may fax the order form and gift certificate to: 781-383-9804.

ALL SALES FINAL
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets.
PHONE ORDERS
Club members may place phone orders from 12 noon till 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Please call the club member hotline. If using a gift certificate, please fax or email your order.
GROUP SALES
To place an order for 10 or more tickets to a single show please call Group Sales at 781-383-9860 or email groupsales@themusiccircus.org for a group sales order form. Please note, not all shows are eligible for group sales rates.
HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBILITY/ SPECIAL NEEDS
Please include a note requesting service with your order so that we may accommodate your requests.
TICKETS
Orders will be processed in the order they are received. To check your seat location log into "My Account" at the top of this page. Please allow 48 business hours for ticket processing. Your ticket orders will be mailed in April. If you have not received your tickets by April 30, please call to check on your order. Do not call before this date.
NO CAMERAS, VIDEO CAMERAS, DIGITAL CAMERAS, OR RECORDING DEVICES ALLOWED
Unless noted on your ticket.
