Rising country-pop artist Maddox Batson is making a name for himself this year as the only 16-year-old on a headlining international, world tour. The Nashville-based songwriter first gained attention for his covers of popular songs before showcasing his own songwriting talent with singles like “I Wanna Know” and “Tears In The River,” in addition to a co-write on “Tough” recorded by Lana Del Rey and Quavo.
Batson’s First Dance (The After Party) deluxe EP was released in 2025 to support his sold-out I Need A Truck Tour with singles “Coincidence,” “Girl In Green” and “No More” sang back to him by crowds night-after-night. Batson kicked off 2026 with “Any Other Night” and “If I See Her Again.” Batson was named on Billboard’s 21 under 21 list, while the LA Times praised him as “a country Justin Bieber in the making.” With his 44-city Live Worldwide Tour spanning North American and European venues, fans can expect much more music in 2026.
