New Shows for 2021 Coming soon! It’s been an unusual year for everyone. But, there is something to look forward to in 2021, NEW shows at the Music Circus and Melody Tent! Make sure you subscribe to our email list to receive announcements of the awesome events we have planned for 2021! We’ll see you this summer!

COVID-19 Update | April 3, 2020

As you know our shelter-in-place order is now through May 4th. CCMT and SSMC will continue to follow the guidelines as they are presented and do our part to comply. We wanted you to know we are still booking shows and are looking forward to summer! We will have some changes to our June schedule coming up, and will post the details for you here soon.

We continue to remain optimistic and have put the following in place for you and our employees’ protection:
– Our employees are working remotely and standing by to take your calls from the hours of 9 – 5 PM Monday through Friday
– Our Online Box Office is OPEN 24hrs a day, 7 days a week at our websites. www.MelodyTent.org & www.TheMusicCircus.org
– Etix is our official ticketing service. You can call them to order your tickets over the phone and pay the same prices as on our website. Etix 800-514-3849.
– Our social media sites will continue to be updated so look for announcements and even messages from our artists coming soon!

We are also remaining realistic about our current situation. If we all follow the necessary steps provided to us, we will beat this and become stronger as a nation because of it.

We have one simple objective that guides us in these troubling times: keeping you and our employees safe. Thank you for understanding and doing your part! We look forward to seeing you soon at the Tents.


COVID-19 Update | March 18, 2020

Dear Melody Tent Club Members, Patrons, and friends,

This is an unprecedented moment in our history. We have been assessing, as a company, on a daily and hourly basis how we should respond to protect our associates, our customers, and our business. We are leveraging the recommendations of the CDC, federal and state governments, as well as the decisions of other similar concert producers to inform our own decisions.

It’s important that we take stock of the role we can and should play as a brand and community in helping to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. With the situation evolving quickly, we must all do our part.

That said, in an effort to prevent the spread of the corona virus, our current box office protocol is to only allow concert tickets to be bought online or over the phone and printed at home. We will not be opening the box office window for in-person transactions until further notice.
We will still be announcing our summer shows and putting some of them on sale in an effort to give you the services that you have come to expect from our venue. We believe that some familiarity of routine can be important while people are quarantined and that hope of looking forward to summer will help with social distancing. We appreciate your support and are hopeful that with everyone’s cooperation, this will soon be behind us and we can conduct business as usual in the near future.

While this is a difficult time for us and everyone in the entertainment industry across the country, we feel that by taking preventative measures today we can ensure the safety and well-being of our valued customers and employees. We look forward to seeing you at one of our shows this summer.

1) If we receive notification of a show Postponement to a date unknown at this time:

All Ticket Purchasers: We will notify you via email and you will be able to hold your ticket for the new announced date. No action required at this time.

If you are not able to attend the new show date, please respond to the email within 30 days from the date of the email to request your refund. If you do not respond, we will see you at the rescheduled show date.

2) If we receive notification of a show that Original date Rescheduled to a new date:

All Ticket Purchasers: We will notify you via email and you will be able to hold your ticket for the new announced date. No action required at this time.

If you are not able to attend the new show date, please respond to the email within 30 days from the date of the email to request your refund. If you do not respond, we will see you at the rescheduled show.

3) If we receive notification of a show Cancellation:

All Ticket Purchasers: You will receive a full refund of the ticket to the credit card that was originally used to purchase the ticket.

If you purchased your ticket from a Credit Card, the money spent will be refunded back to that same Credit Card. The refund will appear on your statement as Etix. 

If you purchased your ticket from a Gift Card, the money spent will be refunded back to your Gift card for future use. Gift Cards do not expire at our venues and can be used for any shows in the future.
