Ripe

Ripe remembers sweating to hell in a basement underneath a Subway sandwich shop, building their very first songs in a concrete cube that smelled like fresh bread. They remember selling their first tickets by hand outside the coffee shop that their friends worked at, holding court like twenty-something impresarios trying to move like 50 tickets to a bar that was willing to let you keep the ticket sales if they kept the bar. In a world where we constantly feel the loving pressure to “tell our story”, where so many of our friends that have found success as artists have done it alone, Ripe is using their bio to tell you that at the center of everything is collaboration and community, a friendship that has become a bond as strong as family, a constantly spinning object that cannot be properly captured by any single still photograph. This moment, the two songs already out and the new songs coming, catches the band in a moment of intense joyous swelling energy. Working in dream studios, in a city they spent years trying to take a proper chance on, with a producer that had made albums we loved in our formative years, alongside the closest musical relations we’ve formed. This is our love letter to complicated nostalgia, to relentless empowering change, to realizing that making dreams come true (just like a crisis) only fully makes sense when it is shared. Joy in the wild unknown let us tell you who we were. Bright blues had us ripped apart so we could start again. What comes next is the band swinging for the fences, all in at the table, risking everything for a shot at feeling connected to you. Thank you for being here.   ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ZZ Top

“That Little Ol’ Band From Texas” has been at it for well over a half century, delivering rock, blues and boogie on the road and in the studio to millions of devoted fans. With iconography as distinctive as their sound, ZZ TOP is virtually synonymous with beards, hotrod cars, spinning guitars and that magic keychain, all of which transcend geography and language.   It was in Houston in the waning days of 1969 that ZZ TOP coalesced from the core of two rival bands, Billy Gibbons’ Moving Sidewalks and Frank Beard and Dusty Hill’s American Blues. Their third album, 1973’s Tres Hombres, catapulted them to national attention with the hit “La Grange,” still one of the band’s signature pieces today. Eliminator, their 1983 album was something of a paradigm shift for ZZ TOP. Their roots blues skew was intact but added to the mix were tech-age trappings that soon found a visual outlet with such tracks as “Sharp Dressed Man” and “Legs” on the nascent MTV. It was one of the music industry’s first albums to have been certified Diamond, far beyond Gold and Platinum and a reflection of US domestic sales exceeding 10 million units.   As a touring entity, they’ve been without peer over the past five decades, having performed before millions of fans on four continents and have been the subject of their own Grammy-nominated documentary titled That Little Ol’ Band From Texas.  The band’s line-up of the bearded Gibbons and Hill and Beard, who ironically is clean shaven, remained intact for more than 50 years until Dusty’s passing.  When Dusty temporarily departed the tour in the summer of 2021, it was a given that Elwood would be the perfect choice to stand in for Dusty until he could return. But Dusty’s return was not to be, and Elwood continues to handle the bass duties for the band now and into the future.  The elements that keep ZZ TOP fresh, enduring and above the transitory fray can be summed up in the three words of the band’s internal mantra: “Tone, Taste and Tenacity.”. As genuine roots musicians, they have few peers. Their influences are both the originators of the form – Muddy Waters, B.B. King, et al – as well as the British blues rockers and Jimi Hendrix who emerged the generation before ZZ’s ascendance.  They have sold hundreds of millions of records over the course of their career, have been officially designated as Heroes of The State of Texas, inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (by Keith Richards, no less) and have been referenced in countless cartoons and sitcoms. They are true rock icons and, against all odds, they’re really just doing what they’ve always done. ZZ TOP abides!        ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds or exchanges. HANSON

Over their first 28 years as the band HANSON, brothers Isaac, Taylor and Zac Hanson have made a significant mark in music. Starting in 1992, they spent their first five years building a fanbase as an independent band in Tulsa, OK. After signing a record deal, they saw a meteoric rise with the 1997 international smash single “MMMBop” from their debut album Middle Of Nowhere followed by consecutive top 40 singles. A long line of hits, 5 more studio albums, multiple Grammy nominations and over 16 million album sales followed. Over their second decade, the band charted their own course, running an independent label while maintaining a coveted connection with their global fanbase. In 2007, they launched a grassroots campaign to support poverty and HIV/AIDS relief in Africa (TakeTheWalk.net). In 2013 they launched HANSON Brothers Beer, premiering their new venture with a signature Pale Ale, Mmmhops, and in 2014 they launched the hugely successful Hop Jam Beer and Music Festival in their hometown of Tulsa, which boasts more than 30,000 attendees annually.   For more information go to www.Hanson.net     ALL SALES ARE FINAL. An Evening with Changes In Latitudes

Since Jimmy Buffett’s passing last September, we have done our best to “keep the party going”, as he would have wanted it.  With his spirit always close to our hearts, some shows are harder than others, but we continue to honor his legacy with passion, sincerity, and certainly his sense of fun. Sail on, Bubba, and Fins Up.   Changes In Latitudes is the country’s premier tribute show to the Mayor of Margaritaville, Jimmy Buffett.  This nationally acclaimed band roams the country bringing their dancing conga lines and “Trop Rock” fun to every venue they play.  It’s the ultimate beach party that’s good clean fun for all ages.  Over their 20-plus year history, the band has travelled from Maine to Barbados, and Cape Cod to Arizona.  From the 900-seat Walt Disney Theaters aboard the Disney “Magic” and “Wonder” cruise ships, to the National Hamburger Festival in Akron, OH, in front of 6500 fans looking for their “Cheeseburger In Paradise”, they’ve set attendance records across the country.  Members of Jimmy Buffett’s “Coral Reefer Band” have both performed live and recorded with Changes In Latitudes.   Changes In Latitudes has thrilled audiences with their amazingly authentic reproduction of the Jimmy Buffett concert experience.  Steve Kareta mimics Jimmy’s casual storyteller style, while these world-class musicians take you on a musical cruise around the sun-drenched tropical islands of the Caribbean.   The group travels with a complete tropical stage set-up that exactly mimics Jimmy’s from years past.  You can expect to hear such classics as “Margaritaville”, “Come Monday”, “Cheeseburger In Paradise”, “Volcano”, and, of course, “Changes In Latitudes, Changes In Attitudes”, as well as other crowd pleasing Buffett-show staples like “Brown Eyed Girl”, “Southern Cross”, and the Alan Jackson / Jimmy Buffett hit “It’s Five O’clock Somewhere”.   ALL SALES ARE FINAL. An Evening with The BOSS Project- The Premier Bruce Springsteen Tribute

Bruce Springsteen is one of the last living legends; known to many as the voice of the working class and pioneer of heartland rock, The Boss is more than a nickname – it’s a never-say-die battlecry, illuminating the last remnants of the American Dream. Every legend has an origin story, and Bruce Springsteen and the E. Street Band’s starts and ends with one resounding sentiment: “you have to see them live.” The reality of that statement became so glaringly obvious to a group of South Florida musicians that they decided to duplicate the spirit of Asbury Park with The Boss Project – a full-fledged, close as you can get to the real deal, tribute to Bruce Springsteen and the E. Street Band. Covering decades of Springsteen’s beloved catalogue, The Boss Project has done the (nearly) impossible, not by merely replicating what’s no less than an immortal show, but by presenting audiences with a taste of the up-close and personal magic that only a small percentage of the E. Street Band’s millions upon millions of fans will ever have the privilege to see in concert. In more than a decade filled with live performances in front of countless audiences, The Boss Project has garnered a reputation for leaving it all out on the stage with every show they play, with fans across the nation commenting “I’m a huge Springsteen fan and seen all of the Springsteen tributes. You guys are the best!”, “I wasn’t a Springsteen fan, until now!…this band and this show was incredible!”, “Best band or tribute we’ve ever had here, by far!”, and many more.     ALL SALES ARE FINAL. EVERCLEAR

Everclear, one of the leading alternative rock bands to emerge from the ‘90s, recently celebrated their 30th Anniversary & founder, vocalist & guitarist Art Alexakis made it clear that he has no plans to slow down.  Everclear has enjoyed a lengthy career by any measure, spanning 11 studio releases, including four that have been certified Gold or Platinum, selling over 6 million records & achieving 12 Top 40 Hit Singles on Mainstream Rock, Alternative, & Adult Top 40 radio, including Santa Monica, Father of Mine, I Will Buy You A New Life, Wonderful & Everything To Everyone, as well as videos, thousands of shows & other accolades, including a 1998 Grammy nomination. After the demise of his band Colorfinger in 1992, Alexakis was struggling to make it in Portland, where he’d moved from San Francisco. That extremely difficult personal & creative period was the crucible that forged Alexakis into the fiery songwriter heard on the early Everclear demos, the Nervous & Weird EP (1993), & ultimately the World of Noise LP, both released on the Portland independent label Tim/Kerr Records. The original 1993 release of World of Noise, paired with the band’s significant efforts to break into college radio & the buzz they’d created within the Portland music scene, attracted the attention of major labels, including Capitol Records, which signed the group soon after. Beginning with debut, platinum album Sparkle & Fade & its massive chart-topping hit Santa Monica, Everclear became a household name & catapulted into the masses, allowing their impressive three-decade career to prosper & endure. In 2019, while being treated for an injury caused by a minor car accident, Alexakis was diagnosed with MS & learned that he had likely been living with the disease for nearly twenty years. Since being diagnosed, Art has donated one dollar from every ticket purchased for his performances to charities such as Sweet Relief Musicians Fund & National MS Society. In 2022, Everclear reissued World Of Noise as a special 30th Anniversary remastered, deluxe edition, making the album available for the first time on digital streaming platforms with 6 bonus songs in addition to its original 12 tracks. Adding to the celebrations that year, Everclear released a commemorative anniversary video, Everclear – 30 Years Gone: A Retrospective, hosted by former MTV VJ, current radio host & longtime friend Matt Pinfield, & embarked on a lengthy North American Tour. One special stop on the tour, back in Alexakis’ hometown of Los Angeles, was recorded & filmed for a new live album. Live at The Whisky a Go Go, out now via Sunset Blvd. Records, features all the hits & hidden treasures from throughout Everclear’s extraordinary catalog as well as two new original bonus studio tracks. In addition to his thousands of Everclear performances over the band’s lengthy career, Alexakis created & runs the annual Summerland Tour, which features a package of popular ‘90s alt rock bands & he released his first solo album, Sun Songs, in 2019. Over three decades later, Everclear’s enduring legacy & ongoing appeal as a live band continues.
